CONSTANCE
Constance is our most recent new build, a 34ft Gaff rigged cutter inspired by lines taken off the Falmouth Quay Punt ‘Curlew’. The design was developed and formalised in collaboration with naval architect Jack Gifford. Using traditional boatbuilding methods, she was built at our workshop at Gweek, Cornwall. The project began in the Autumn of 2019 and she was successfully launched onto the water in the Spring of 2022.
Constance’s skylight was made with reclaimed teak – salvaged from a 1920’s cruise ship. Ben was able to be sure of the teak’s source and to breathe new life into the wood that was first appreciated over 100 years ago.
